Detailing built around how Porsches are used

Porsches sit lower, run hotter in Dallas summers, and collect brake dust faster than most daily drivers — especially behind PCCB or large iron rotors. Häus Detailing comes to your driveway across Dallas and North Dallas suburbs to reset the cabin and, if you choose the full pack, hand-wash and protect the exterior without a shop drop-off.

  • Low, tight interiors

Seat tracks, bolsters, and center console seams get the attention tunnel washes skip.
  • Alcantara & leather

Sport Seats and partial Alcantara — brushed, not scrubbed, with products matched to the material.
  • Brake dust aware

Wheel faces and barrels cleaned by hand; baked-on buildup quoted at the walkaround.
  1. Why Porsches need a different interior pass

The seating position is lower and the bolsters are tighter than a typical sedan, so crumbs and dust end up in seat rails, door pockets, and the narrow gap between the console and seats. We pull seats forward where safe, vacuum rails and tracks, and work vents with soft brushes — not compressed air blasted at sensitive trim.

  2. Cayenne & Macan vs. 911 & Boxster

Macan follows our small SUV row; Cayenne follows large SUV pricing. Sports cars follow sedan pricing unless the vehicle is unusually large inside. Convertible owners: we treat soft-top surrounds and rear deck areas carefully — no harsh all-purpose cleaner on top material or header trim. Tell us your model when booking so we plan time for the right body style.

  3. Exterior work without the swirl risk

Porsche paint is thin relative to many SUVs. Our exterior pack uses foam pre-wash, two-bucket hand wash, and microfiber drying — not brushes or tunnel equipment. Spray sealant adds protection after the wash; paint correction and ceramic coating are not part of the base pack.

What we watch for

Common Porsche issues in Dallas

  • Brake dust on wheels

PCCB and large iron brakes leave heavy dust — we hand-clean faces and barrels; baked-on buildup may need extra wheel time or our Clay Bar Treatment add-on, quoted at the walkaround.

  • Alcantara matting

Steering wheels and seat inserts flatten and darken — gentle agitation and proper drying, not steam on Alcantara.

  • Leather drying in heat

Parked outside in Texas sun dries bolsters and steering leather — conditioning is part of the interior pack, not an upsell.

  • Track-day debris

Rubber, gravel, and dust in footwells and door jambs after HPDE days — door jamb work is included; heavy mud is quoted separately.

Method

How we detail a Porsche on site

  1. Walkaround by model

Confirm pack, vehicle size tier, and any Alcantara, PCCB, or convertible considerations before we start.

  2. Interior top to bottom

Vacuum rails and bolsters, clean vents and screens with appropriate products, condition leather, treat light stains.

  3. Exterior if booked

Foam, hand wash, wheels, jambs, spray sealant — one panel at a time, no tunnel contact.

  4. Final inspection with you

Walk the car together; add-ons only if condition exceeds the base pack scope.

Questions

Porsche Detailing FAQ

Do you offer mobile Porsche detailing in Dallas?

Yes. Häus Detailing provides mobile car detailing for Porsche owners across Dallas and North Dallas suburbs. We come to your driveway with water and a standard electrical outlet on site.

How much does Porsche detailing cost?

911, Boxster, Cayman, Panamera, and Taycan typically price as sedan: $200–$250 interior, $250–$300 interior + exterior. Macan prices as small SUV: $220–$280 interior, $270–$320 interior + exterior. Cayenne prices as large SUV: $250–$300 interior, $300–$350 interior + exterior. See the pricing table on this page.

Do you detail 911, Cayenne, Macan, and Taycan?

Yes — all current and recent Porsche models. Pricing follows our standard vehicle table: sports cars and sedans at sedan rates, Macan at small SUV, Cayenne at large SUV.

Can you clean Alcantara Sport Seats without damaging them?

Yes. We use soft brushes and products suited to Alcantara — no steam, no stiff scrub pads, and no silicone-heavy dressings that leave shine or attract dust.

Is PCCB brake dust removal included?

Normal brake dust on wheels is handled in the Interior + Exterior pack. Heavily baked brake dust that needs more than a hand wash may require our Clay Bar Treatment add-on (+$50) or extra wheel time — quoted after we inspect the wheels.

How long does Porsche detailing take?

Most appointments take 2–3 hours depending on pack, vehicle size, and condition. We confirm timing when you book.

Do you serve my area for Porsche detailing?

Yes. We serve Dallas, University Park, Highland Park, Farmers Branch, Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, The Colony, Plano, Richardson, Frisco, Las Colinas, and nearby North Dallas suburbs. See our locations page for city-specific details.

Is mobile detailing safe for my car's finish?

Yes — we bring professional tools and products to your driveway. The only difference from a shop is you skip the drop-off and waiting room.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill up first, so 3–5 days ahead is ideal. Mid-week slots are often available sooner — book online and we'll confirm the time.
