These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Häus Detailing website at hausdetailing.com and your purchase of mobile car detailing services from Häus Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the required agreement box when you create an account or submit a booking request, you enter into a binding agreement with these Terms.

Our services

Häus Detailing provides mobile interior and exterior car detailing in Dallas and nearby North Dallas suburbs. Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing ranges on our website are estimates. Final scope and price may be adjusted after an on-site condition review, especially for heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, odor, or biohazard situations requiring add-ons or additional time.

Bookings and appointments

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm date, time, and details with you.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information, service address, and vehicle details.
• Appointment windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, prior jobs, or service complexity may affect arrival time — we will communicate if delays occur.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if the vehicle condition, location, or circumstances are unsafe or outside our service scope.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown online are ranges based on vehicle type and selected pack. Add-ons, heavy condition work, and travel outside our standard service area may affect the final quote. Payment terms (method, timing, deposits, or cancellation fees) will be communicated at confirmation unless otherwise stated at booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in declined future bookings. We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies and will work with you to find an alternative time.

Your responsibilities

When we arrive to perform a service, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and work area
• Remove personal valuables and disclose any sensitive items before service begins
• Inform us of pre-existing damage, aftermarket materials, or special care requirements
• Ensure pets are secured and that children are supervised during the appointment
• Provide water or power access when required for specific services, if agreed in advance

Service limitations

Detailing improves appearance and cleanliness but cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or damage. Results depend on material type, age, and prior condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, or damage not caused by our negligence during service.

Accounts

If you create a client account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You may update profile information in your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Promotional codes

Promo codes are subject to eligibility rules, expiration dates, and package restrictions shown at the time of offer. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive transactional text messages or calls related to your booking — such as confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and service updates. When you check the required agreement box at booking, you provide prior express consent to these transactional communications. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

Promotional or marketing text messages require your separate prior express written consent. We do not send marketing texts based on booking alone. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in through a separate channel, you may opt out by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. We maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Website use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, copy, or misuse site content without written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or booking tools

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by Häus Detailing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Häus Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

Governing law

Entire agreement

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Häus Detailing.
