Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in to your account and to maintain basic site functionality. These are required for account access and booking features. Text messages

Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
Third-party services
Our booking and account forms may use third-party tools to help you enter a service address (address autocomplete via Photon / Komoot). When you use those features, your typed address query may be sent to the provider to return suggestions. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for more information.
Data retention
We retain booking and account information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain your account, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal purposes.
